Izzy and her brother Chip were born before to events of Operation Overdrive, and before Angel and Tyson we’re married when Tyson purpose to Angel before she left to the Pokémon universe. As her parents finally get married as Izzy wants to still be called a Grayson instead of Smith, as she spends time playing with Angel’s Pokémon as she travels to see the Pokémon universe with Ash.
