Billy is a geek who is studying Power Rangers when bullies picked on him for liking Power Rangers when Andrea Burrows stuck up to him and tells Billy that she likes Power Rangers as well and the 2 became friends and Billy became friends with Zack Chase, Erin Jensen and Jack Morgan and they all became friends.
